It’s Christmastime – when the spirit of good will towards men, giving, warmth and happiness are in the air.
Family and friends sharing time together and making memories is what I look forward to over the next 11 days.
Since I can’t hang out with you in person, consider this my Christmas card to you.
My way to thank you for all of your support over the years and especially these past few months. Your encouraging comments, shares, and follows mean the absolute world to me.
Whether you’re a subscriber, regular commenter or you just visit as time allows, please know that I’m grateful for you. I wouldn’t be able to be a blogger if it weren’t for your kindness and support that means more to me than you’ll ever know, so thank you.
As most of you know, my family was thrown a curve ball back in August when we learned that my granddaughter, Zoe has leukemia. Life as we knew it, changed overnight and we have all stepped in to help her, my daughter and son-in-law navigate through it.
At this point, Zoe is responding well to treatment and has a good prognosis. The next 3 months she will start an intensified treatment phase, so please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
She is loving the soft handmade hats, blankets, school crafts and letters you have sent her. My daughter wanted me to make sure to tell you how grateful she is for all of these, as well as your thoughts, prayers and kindness. XO
I’ll be taking time off over Christmas week and then will be spending the first three weeks of January in Los Angeles to help out with Zoe, so my posts may be sporadic. Thanks for understanding. XO
